The YogaKioo Institute Yoga Teacher Training programs are unique experience; an experience that for many becomes life-changing, and always guides students towards clarity and empowerment on their life journey.

Yoga is a spiritual practice. Yoga is used as an instrument to reveal the truth of our existence as spiritual beings. The style we share is Hatha(Raja) Yoga, the yoga of spiritual practice. As well as meeting international standards for anatomy, alignment, theory and pedagogy, YogaKioo trainings hold a strong intention for personal transformation. In this way, the courses are designed not only to provide students with tools to share the wisdom of yoga with others, but also to look at their own lives from a spiritual perspective.

In order to teach yoga we must ourselves be clear and connected, thus much of the work we will do during our time together is personal.
